The KKA-100 is a device that guarantees a gas- and liquid-tight sealing of cable protection tubes.
Four high-strength cable glands are located at the front. Cables and thin pipes can be led trough these apertures. Scharpwinkel delivers the KKA with 4 high-strength cable glands, which can take cables/pipes with an outer diameter of 9-20 mm. Special inserts are available that can take up to three small cables with an outer diameter of 6-8 mm.

Basic Application:
|
|
Cable protection tubes with an inner diameter of approximately 97-110 mm can be sealed. The common diameter of cable tubes is 100 mm. The ends of the tubes may consist of the following materials:
- Corrosion resistant steel
- Rigid PVC plastic according to DIN 8062, 19534, 19535
- PE-HD plastic according to DIN 8074, 19533

Advantages:

- Simple installation with only two clockwise rotations of the hexagon socket with a socket wrench

Impermeability:
|
|
The KKA-100 is gas-tight, liquid-tight, mineral oil resistant and has a high degree of safety.
The impermeability has been proven with air and a testing pressure of 100 mbar according to DIN 3230 part 3 page 5.
